CEREMONY
We love playing wedding ceremonies! Whether you'd prefer traditional classical songs, or a more modern approach, we want to help. We can provide a classical string trio, or a simple guitar and vocalist. Or maybe something more exotic, like violin and harp...
Our suggested approach with wedding ceremony music is this: bigger is NOT better. Unlike the main dance band, ceremony music is all about simplicity, elegance, and atmosphere.

COCKTAILS
Before the party gets underway, cocktails are the perfect way to get your guests ready for a big night. You might not want to rock it up too much yet, but getting everyone in the mood is essential in the late afternoon and early evening.
A smaller selection of the musicians can play traditional jazz or toe-tapping acoustic music in the background to keep the room buzzing.
This is a really important way to set the tone for the night, without overdoing it - perfect music for chatting and sipping cocktails!
RECEPTION
This is where we really shine - amazing dance parties are how the Bachelor Boys have earned their fantastic reputation! We pride ourselves on our high energy, and flawless performance – it’s all about great preparation and a genuine love for what we do to ensure you have the best night of your life.
Discuss your first dance options with us – we can perform your dream song, or if you want to choreograph a masterpiece to the original recording we can help facilitate the timings then move into live dance music straight after.

Beautiful classical music as you walk down the aisle to a string trio. Come to the reception; be welcomed by the full band including horn section! There is nothing like the sounds of that horn section to get people on their feet and really impress!
Deluxe package: Full industrial stage/lighting, huge 13 Piece Band, Ceremony String Quartet - $12,000
Make the ultimate statement. We will have you walking down the aisle to a full string quartet. We will supply a full stage and industrial lighting package for a whole extra kind wow factor. A dedicated MC will coordinate all proceedings, and the epic sized band will take your party to the next level.

Fill out our quick, easy online form. We will then check our availability, and send you a rough quote. Ask us any questions; we want to get a feel for the kind of event you are planning. From there, we can provide you with more detailed information tailored to your specific event and needs, and will send you out an information booklet with free demo CD. -
2 come see us play
To save you gate-crashing someone’s wedding, the Bachelor Boys Band host regular ‘showcases’ at live music venues, where you can see and hear the band for yourself. We will show off all our band sizes and styles so you can decide what suits you. Join us for a fun night! 3 place a deposit
If you like what you see, you can reserve the band securely for your date by placing a 20% deposit. Payment can be made via check, credit card, bank transfer, or in person at a showcase. You don't need to have a perfectly defined schedule yet - just enough so that we know we're all on the same page.

4 planning
By the time you have solidified everything from your venue, catering, decorations and logistics etc. the planning stage might take months- we'll help you as much as you'd like to work the music into the bigger picture. Or simply tell us the general vibe you're looking for, and we'll figure it all for you.

5 confirmation
After you are satisfied with your final plan, we'll formally run through your times and plan for the day, and polish it all until we're all sure that it’s perfect. This usually happens around a week before the event, but sometimes earlier if you are super-organized.

With everything organized, there is nothing more for you to think about on your day, other than marrying your partner and have an incredible day, celebrating with an amazing band!
